Unestablished, billed as a collective art music and film event in which artists can present their work -- including photography, painting, sculpture, illustration, film, and performance art --  is accepting submissions from artists and musicians through Nov. 21 (though artists are encouraged to submit prior to the deadline to reserve space in the show).

The guidelines for Unestablished: "There is no limit in size of work. If you are submitting a performance art proposal, please give a thorough description of what your plans are, how much time is needed and what theme you are trying to convey. Attach a rough sketch of your intended piece. No shock art, controversial, or self-harming performances will be accepted. ... Please send links to your online portfolios, and videos. Include name, age and phone number."

There is no fee to submit or showcase their work (and no commission taken on works sold). Submissions should be emailed to info@unestablished.org and selected artists will be notified Nov. 22.

The showcase, which will include performances by bands and DJs, will run 8 p.m. to midnight Dec. 6 at 7200 N.W.35th Ave. in Hialeah, and donations will be accepted from the audience from the audience who will vote for the artist who will receive the collected amount to fund their next project.
