Chick Flicks, F.A.T. Village Art Walk and Sew in Love

This weekend is a good one to be an art lover in Broward County. Here are three reasons why.

CHICK FLICKS
Girls' Club, an art space in Fort Lauderdale, recently introduced a monthly event for art-loving moviegoers. Chick Flicks, held the last Saturday of every month, screens films and documentaries that the group says "spotlight cinematic treatments of female photographers." Each film is preceded by a short video by a local artist.
